When will I receive my order?
It takes 4-10 days to fulfil an order, after it’s shipped out. But do not worry many product items will reach within 4-7 days only or even less time. Few unique orders may take more days to reach because of long-distance warehouse setup.
However, the shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before taking any assistance from us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Ensure that your delivery address is right from the confirmation email.
● Contact the local post office for package delivery purposes.
● Communicate with your neighbours in case the delivery man hand over packages to them.

Pro tip: Package theft is rapidly increasing— ​If you love to take a home delivery but will not stay at home during delivery time, should choose the address where you will be present at that time.

If you have provided the right information about your address but still have not received any package from the post office, or your neighbour’s get in touch with us at support@alipeds.com with your order number.

If you provide any mistaken address, we can send you a replacement order, but you have to bear the expense of a new order.
